As a senior HR Assistant, I am responsible for reviewing a variety of Federal personnel forms and documents that have been completed by other technicians for accuracy and completeness in compliance with regulations and policies. I provide training to other assistants in processing and correcting personnel actions.
  2. I review personnel forms and documents for accuracy and completeness as requested by my peers. This is not a regular part of my job. I have also helped other assistants when asked.

  2. In addition to the duties stated above, I code a variety of routing personnel actions and give them to the senior specialist for review and approval. I also provide applicants information about recruitments and assist them in the application process.
