I have an ENGINEERING DEGREE that included DIFFERENTIAL and INTEGRAL CALCULUS (more advanced than first-year physics and chemistry) in FIVE OF THE FOLLOWING SEVEN AREAS: (a) statics, dynamics; (b) strength of materials; (c) fluid mechanics, hydraulics; (d) thermodynamics; (e) electrical fields and circuits; (f) nature and properties of materials; and (g) any other comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such as optics, heat transfer, soil mechanics, or electronics.
  3. I have a combination of EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE equivalent to a 4 year professional engineering degree in the ENGINEERING SPECIALTY FOR THIS POSITION and CURRENTLY REGISTERED as a PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER in the United States, District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
  4. I have passed the ENGINEER-IN-TRAINING (EIT) examination and have a combination of COLLEGE-LEVEL EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE related to THIS POSITION demonstrated by a BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY (BET) from an accredited college or university with 60 semester hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences.
  5. I have passed the ENGINEER-IN-TRAINING (EIT) examination and have a combination of COLLEGE-LEVEL EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE related to THIS POSITION demonstrated by a BET from a program ACCREDITED by the ACCREDITATION BOARD FOR ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (ABET) related to THIS POSITION.
  6. I have passed the ENGINEER-IN-TRAINING (EIT) examination and have a combination of COLLEGE-LEVEL EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE related to THIS POSITION demonstrated by at least ONE YEAR of ADDITIONAL EDUCATION or HIGHLY TECHNICAL WORK experience applying knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for professional engineering competence.
  7. I have a combination of COLLEGE-LEVEL EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE equivalent to a 4 year professional engineering degree with at least 60 SEMESTER HOURS of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences and in engineering as described above.
  8. I have a (BET) or BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN A PROFESSIONAL FIELD (e.g., physics, chemistry, architecture, computer science, mathematics, hydrology, geology, etc.) and at least ONE YEAR of PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE acquired under PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE.
