* 1.Knowledge of the federal budget process and financial management practices and procedures.** - Performed federal budget and financial management work to ensure authoritative and timely administration of program funds, including the following functions: 1) budget development, 2) financial reporting, (3) Accounts Receivable, (4) audit/risk management (5) Accounts Payable, and (6) cash management.
