* 1.Knowledge of the principles, concepts and techniques involved in the care and protection of cultural property collections in a library, archive, or museum** - Applied professional knowledge of conservation principles, concepts and techniques for library collections.

Demonstrated expert knowledge of the full range of conservation principles, concepts and techniques applied to cultural property and library collections in varied formats in a highly complex organization such as 1) remedial and treatment protocols and methodologies, 2) conservation research, 3) preventive conservation, 4) environmental standards and guidelines, 5) collection material properties, 6) emergency training and procedures, 7) conservation scientific principles, and 8) conservation ethics.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of the full range of conservation principles, concepts and techniques applied to both general and special collections in varied formats in a cultural heritage organization such as 1) remedial and treatment protocols and methodologies, 2) preventative conservation, 3) environmental standards and guidelines, 4) emergency training and procedures, and 5) conservation ethics.
  3. Demonstrated extensive knowledge of the full range of conservation principles, concepts and techniques applied to both general and special collections in varied formats in a complex cultural heritage organization such as 1) remedial and treatment protocols and methodologies, 2) preventative conservation, 3) environmental standards and guidelines, 4) collection material properties, 5) emergency training and procedures, and 6) conservation ethics.
