Using quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures; and as appropriate, recommending changes to meet short and long-term strategic plans and objectives of the organizations. 2. Engaging in on-going analysis of financial matters to determine resources required and ensuring that regulations concerning financial management are adhered to. 3. Applying various analytical techniques to data management systems in order to identify patterns and trends; and developing tracking and reporting systems to monitor analytical activities. 4. Performing management studies to evaluate and measure the progress and success of projects assigned and to identify and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and activities.
