The Writing Skills Assessment (WSA) is the second component of the hiring process for this position, after your application has been reviewed. Applicants may be exempt from the WSA prior to referral to the selecting office. To be exempt from the WSA, an applicant must have officially held or currently hold a TSI position, at any pay band, with the TSA. If you currently hold a TSI position and indicate "Yes" in this question, please note that your employment records will be reviewed to confirm you currently hold this position. If you previously held a TSI position, you must submit personnel records (SF-50 or equivalent) demonstrating that you held a TSI position previously under the ?Assessment Exemption Documentation? option at the end of this questionnaire.
