* 1.Do you have three years of general work experience, with at least one year at GS-4 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector, demonstrating the ability to analyze problems, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing OR a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, public health, health promotion, occupational health, public relations, journalism, or related degree from an accredited college or university OR a combination of education and experience as outlined in the vacancy announcement?

* 2.Are you currently pursuing a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED), a vocational/technical certificate, an associate degree, a baccalaureate degree, a graduate degree, or a professional degree in an accredited academic institution or home school?
